Welcome to 50 Central Park South
50 Central Park South was formerly the landmark St. Moritz Hotel. Built-in 1930 and designed by the renowned architect Emery Roth, the façade was clad in brown sandstone, with the various towers of the building rising high above the park.
The Millennium Partners re-renovated the 35-story building and in 2002, designated the lower 22 floors to the award-winning Ritz-Carlton Hotel and 12 exclusive condominiums on the top floors. Each principal room in the residences has been designed with unrivaled Central Park views. Every floor is unique featuring top-of-the-line designs and finishes such as marble floors, custom cabinetry, high-end appliances and fixtures, and the legendary services of The Ritz-Carlton, including dedicated concierges, valets, doormen, and a director of residences. Amenities include private, owner-only pools, fitness centers, lounges, and screening rooms, in addition to access to hotel services such as in-residence dining, spa services, and the like.
